HUFSTEDLER, Circuit Judge: Royal Industries ("Royal") brought this action against St. Regis Paper Company ("St. Regis") for patent infringement and
unfair competition. Federal jurisdiction was based on 28 U.S.C. § 1338. Royal appeals from the orders of the District Court
denying Royal's motion for a preliminary injunction (28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1)) and granting St. Regis' motion for summary judgment
(28 U.S.C. § 1291).
